The cornerstone of the hospitality industry is service. Service is built on training. Yet training alone isn’t enough. For service delivery to meet and exceed the expectations of members, guests and visitors alike, you must teach your staff—and enable them to become teachers as well.
Developed and delivered by club industry expert Ned Welc, the proprietary Turning Trainers Into Great Teachers program is an interactive, engaging, 90-minute team-building workshop for private club department managers, supervisors and senior staff. Its singular objective: Help you transform your club’s conventional training programs by instilling a culture of teaching from top to bottom.
Teaching is not a simple proposition; in fact, it’s much more challenging than simply training people. Yet the benefits of teaching – particularly teaching hospitality staff – are enormous. Ned Welc’s Turning Trainers Into Great Teachers program is designed to deliver immediate and long-lasting benefits for your club:
This 90-minute workshop helps GMs understand the importance of master planning, as well as master planning components and processes. It also offers practical strategies for implementing a successful master planning initiative at their club.
Combining clubs can be transformational if handled correctly, or potentially disastrous if mishandled. As the world’s leading expert on private club mergers and acquisitions, Ned has managed three successful transactions since 2006 and possesses an unrivaled understanding of the challenges and stakes involved. In this presentation, Ned outlines the universe of managerial, governance and leadership issues associated with club mergers based on his experiences—and he offers insights for participants on pathways forward.
